Unfortunately we are not the manufacturer and have little control over how they make the keys. These stations are made for professionals in mind which is why the key is small and has a hole in it which is to keep on a technicians key chain that works for a company. Also, many of the stations are not made with see through lids because when a company installs them around someones house or commercial building, they do not want a rodent to die inside and have homeowners or customers see it.

Since we only sell professional products that is one thing to keep in mind is that the manufacturer is intending them to be used by professionals and they are not made with all of the instructions and aesthetic qualities that something meant for over the counter use for homeowners may have.

Unverified events include:. If a device has an unverified event notification, scan the device. Then tap on the event to view the details of the event. Physically verify the details of the event, and tap Save to confirm and add the pest finding. The technician can retrieve event details while opening the device. Note: By default, any unverified pest activity events for all Bell Sensing IQ Products will display the target pest related to the device type with a quantity of 1.

The target pest, quantity, and type of pest finding can be changed as necessary while in the Add Pest Finding screen. It is recommended to associate only one target pest with the device type to reduce the need for manual data entry.

Smart Trap devices require deactivation with the vendor prior to deactivating or removing the device from the location. To deactivate a Smart Trap device, tap the ellipsis and then tap Edit. Toggle off the Smart Trap switch and tap Next to go to the Deactivation screen. Tap Deactivate device and then tap Save. Wait for the Deactivation Successful message. Once a Smart Trap device has been deactivated with the vendor, tap the ellipsis and then tap Remove to remove the device from the location.

Devices with inspection history will only be deactivated even if selected to be removed. Smart Trap devices can be deactivated on PestPac Desktop. However, it is not recommended because the device should be deactivated with the vendor first, then deactivated on the location.

Also, the device will no longer be visible to any technicians on the Mobile App. A warning message will be displayed if a Smart Trap is deactivated via PestPac Desktop prior to deactivating with the vendor alerting the user that this is the improper way to deactivate this device, and the device will no longer be visible to any technician on the PestPac Mobile App.

Note: There is no indicator to signify the pest findings was recorded from Smart Trap device.
